Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and painting/plumbing tasks as needed. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, inspect machinery, and ensure compliance with safety regulations at a busy Parker facility.

The role requires 5+ years HVAC/R experience or equivalent, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. On-site work with day shifts and emergency coverage is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs and inspects heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Develops preventive maintenance schedules and reports.
• Coordinates electrical equipment maintenance and code compliance.
• Responds to emergencies and on-call needs.
• Monitors outside contractors and ensures quality.
