Parker Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electric – Parker, CO is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician

Pay: $22–$25/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career. In this role, you will perform maintenance and service work in residential homes, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform HVAC system maintenance and preventative services
• Diagnose basic system issues and assist with service calls
• Improve system efficiency and indoor air quality for customers
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and needs
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company vehicles
• Follow safety protocols and best practices on every job

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with frequent overtime opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to commute to the Parker, CO area
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• HVAC experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate
