Qualifications

• EPA License is required.
• Strong HVAC and maintenance background.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints for system designs.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.
• Experience in property maintenance with focus on heating/cooling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Install new HVAC systems and components per specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, low voltage, plumbing issues.
• Repair HVAC equipment, including boilers and refrigeration units.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand designs.
• Conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain documentation and communicate service needs to clients.
