Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of residential or commercial maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead when needed.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- EPA certification or trade licenses a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures with precision.
- Lead or support larger projects, including light commercial service, installs, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards.
- Provide clear communication and excellent customer service on every job.
