Qualifications

3–5+ years of residential or commercial maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and lead when needed.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
EPA certification or trade licenses a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures with precision.
Lead or support larger projects, including light commercial service, installs, and maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards.
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service on every job.
