Job summary

Asset Management & Consulting Serv in Charleston, SC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties.

You will oversee maintenance operations, plan preventive programs, and ensure safety compliance while delivering excellent service to clients. EPA License is required for this role. This is a full-time, in-person position based at 29407.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Extensive HVAC experience.
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on repair.
• Proficient reading of schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Install new HVAC systems per specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
• Repair HVAC equipment including refrigeration, boilers, and plumbing systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand designs.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues or improvements.
• Ensure safety regulations and protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate service reports and inventory records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients.
