Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a Design/Build Mechanical Contractor or HVAC consultant.
• Strong HVAC design fundamentals and familiarity with Building Codes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Develop conceptual designs certified to Building Codes, Energy Codes, and LEED standards.
• Create and review HVAC equipment, duct and piping layouts.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Construction and Service teams to drive project decisions.
• Ensure quality HVAC drawings and models meet ACCO standards.
• Perform economic and energy analyses.
• Lead design team members and meet schedules.
