Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop and maintain a client base, manage HVAC/Plumbing/process sales, and coordinate field labor with project leadership. The role requires independent leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in HVAC project management, strong business development skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10+ years in estimating, design and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $100+ million.
Ability to operate independently and autonomously to facilitate goals outlined by your supervisor.
Demonstrate a corresponding high sense of integrity.
Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager is the single-source responsibility to ACCO and the customer.
Lead all project management activities required to promote and finalize sales including concept engineering, complete estimates, written proposals, direct meetings, leading to successful job completion.
Successful management of contracts, including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution.
Oversight of field labor and installation sequencing between the customer and ACCO's field leadership.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
