Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a FT - Sr. HVAC Engineer at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak to join the Property Operations Team. You will maintain and repair resort HVAC systems, ensuring guest comfort and smooth operations across the property.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of HVAC experience in a complex facility, with EPA Universal certification preferred. The role requires flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays, and a professional, customer-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification (Universal) preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing basics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Resort HVAC systems.
• Ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Assist with shut-off and turning on utilities and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC faults and perform routine servicing.
