Starting rate: $28.00 per hour
An HVAC Engineer must possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house (including kitchen, electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R systems, and using a windows-based computer system). Ability to read blueprints and schematics are also required. A minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience is requested, with hotel experience preferred. A strong working knowledge of all major building systems and life-safety systems is required. Must have EPA Section 608 Universal certification.
