Some of the Responsibilities include:

1. Senior Engineer - Science & Technology focus
2. Lead engineer to perform all calculations, design concepts, and supervision of all project level production.
3. Understand Revit to allow leadership and direction for the designs team.
4. Develop concept designs, research equipment selections, and infrastructure utility designs for air and water systems.
5. Knowledge and experience with calculations, equipment selection, ductwork distribution system, water system designs, boiler plants, chilled water plants, and construction documents.
6. Attend field visits, meet with clients and vendors as necessary.
7. General coordination of specific design aspects into a project.
8. Help develop and mentor junior and other team members.
9. Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects, mechanical, electrical, etc.

Essential Skills and Requirements

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
2. Professional Engineering licenses required.
3. Professional commitment to sustainability is highly preferred.
4. Minimum 12 years’ experience.
5. Proficient in computer use and software including, but not limited to; AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Word, Bluebeam.
6. This position will interact directly with clients; a business acumen mindset is necessary.
7. Ability to use good judgement and make decisions with authority.
