Responsibilities

• Senior Engineer - Science & Technology focus
• Lead engineer responsible for calculations, design concepts, and supervision of project-level production
• Provide leadership and direction for the design team using Revit
• Ensure tasks are complete, accurate, and follow good engineering practices
• Develop concept designs, research equipment selections, and design infrastructure utilities for air and water systems
• Apply knowledge and experience in calculations, equipment selection, ductwork distribution, water systems, boiler plants, chilled water plants, and construction documents
• Attend field visits and meet with clients and vendors as necessary
• Coordinate specific design aspects within projects
• Mentor junior team members and assist in their development
• Collaborate with other disciplines such as electrical and mechanical on multi-discipline projects

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
• Professional Engineering license required
• Strong commitment to sustainability
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Word, Bluebeam
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
