Olsson's Facilities Engineering and Design Team seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to provide high-level design leadership and QA/QC for diverse projects across commercial, healthcare, laboratories, and data centers. You will act as a technical advisor on complex projects, applying advanced engineering concepts and ensuring top-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PE license and have eight years of progressive engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit and knowledge of International Building Codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project design and review documents for complex projects.
• Serve as a technical specialist applying advanced engineering concepts.
• Perform rigorous QA/QC to ensure design quality.
• Conduct research and advise on technical solutions with considerable scope.
• Direct and advise staff on design approaches to meet requirements.
• Promote efficiencies and develop standards and guidelines.
• Supervise and review assignments of less experienced engineers.
