Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Building Controls Technician to support preventive maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of building automation systems. You will provide high levels of customer satisfaction through on-site service, mentoring junior technicians and delivering clear project documentation.

Work involves diagnosing complex control system issues, proposing retrofits or enhancements, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years troubleshooting experience in the HVAC/commercial controls domain.
• Experience installing, servicing and maintaining building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions.
• Provide technical recommendations for retrofit/upgrades to customers.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors for efficient execution.
• Train customers on system operations and documentation.
