Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial controls troubleshooting experience in HVAC.
• Associate's degree in a technical field or vocational training, or 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to install and service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex control systems malfunctions requiring extensive knowledge of electronic or digital controls.
• Provide field proposals for retrofits, upgrades and enhancements to existing equipment; assist sales with technical recommendations.
• Mentor and train service technicians on building automation activities; ensure safe, professional on-site execution.
• Install and modify software and graphics; deliver training and manuals to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; communicate findings, recommendations and next steps on-site.
