Job summary

• Knowledge of risk management and issue tracking processes.
• Experience with HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and/or Security systems.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects valued at approximately $3M–$7M.
• Financial acumen with experience in monthly revenue forecasting and project cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field is valued.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience managing complex building automation, HVAC Controls, Life Safety, or Security projects.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, revenue recognition, and cost-to-complete processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or have asylum/refugee status due to US export laws.
