Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Major Projects Project Manager to lead HVAC Controls construction projects valued at $5M+ in the Indiana market and onsite at customer sites. This role requires coordinating with Owner and contractor teams to ensure profitable project execution and schedule adherence.

As the internal leader for execution, you will develop schedules in Microsoft Project, manage budgets and change orders, and collaborate with sales, installation, and engineering teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Eight years of PM experience in Building Construction preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites outside geography.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling and financial accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects valued at $5M+ in the Indiana market and on customer sites.
• Ensure profitable execution, manage scheduling, budgeting, and change orders.
• Collaborate with Owner and contractor sales managers, installation managers, and other teams.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Project schedules; travel up to 25%.
