Job summary

ENFRA LLC is hiring an HVAC Controls Analyst III to evaluate and optimize building systems for retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning. The role supports energy performance targets, collaborates with the project delivery team, and mentors TS staff. Travel is required 40-60% with on-site or remote work options.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, substantial commissioning experience, and expertise in building automation and CxAlloy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and safety awareness.
• Self-directed with ability to work with limited direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys, documentation review and due diligence to determine facility conditions.
• Develop energy conservation measures for RCx and relevant Cx scopes.
• Document technical observations and support project delivery teams.
• Utilize CxAlloy software to document commissioning scopes.
• Develop and QC pre-functional checklists and functional tests.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners and sub consultants.
• Ensure energy performance targets are met and well documented.
• Adhere to IS Delivery process guidelines and SOPs.
