Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of channel management, channel finance, or commercial program experience within HVAC or major consumer appliance industries.
• Experience designing channel incentives or managing Floor Plan Financing programs.
• Strong negotiation, contracts drafting, and cross-functional leadership are required.

Responsibilities

• Channel Incentive Strategy & Program Operations: Build rebate tiers, MDF allocation frameworks, and promotions for NA channels to drive market share.
• Financial Solutions Integration: Partner with banks and lenders to structure financing products including Floor Plan Financing and consumer financing options.
• Program Execution & Governance: Roll out programs across the U.S. and Canada; educate partners; track performance metrics and refine terms.
