Job summary

SGLN Technologies Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead high‑voltage transmission and substation projects from development through closeout.

You will oversee siting, environmental permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, ROW, procurement, constructability reviews, and project closeout, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in HV transmission/substation PM with construction phase experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field from an accredited curriculum (required).
• Minimum 10 years of high-voltage transmission line or substation project management experience including construction phase.
• Detailed knowledge of substations and/or transmission lines; PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to travel within a 1-3 hr radius from reporting location.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of projects from development through closeout, including siting, environmental, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, ROW, project controls, procurement, constructability reviews and closeout.
• Maintain clear communication between project site, project office and clients.
• Drive project schedules and manage scope.
• Maintain detailed cost forecasts and accruals for projects.
• Develop and implement project policies and procedures and establish project controls systems.
• Coordinate with the project team to confirm deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Report regularly to the Lead Project Manager on progress, costs, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, and issues requiring home office support.
