This role focuses on HV substation design excellence, team leadership, and delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.

You will lead HV substation projects from 230kV to 345kV, serve as Engineer of Record (EOR), mentor engineers, and drive growth in client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related discipline.
• PE license.
• 15 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV substation design, 230kV–345kV projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for substation physical design.
• Mentor engineers and lead project teams to success.
• Manage project staffing, budgets, and schedules.
• Support business development and client relationships.
