Job summary

You will serve as technical lead, manage internal stakeholders, external EORs, and suppliers, ensuring designs meet standards and interconnection requirements. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) and ABET-accredited program.
• Experience: 6+ years post-Bachelor’s in engineering.
• 2+ years of supervisor/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and leads project engineers in basic, unique and complex projects.
• Acts as technical liaison and provides training and development for engineering personnel.
• Assumes a lead role on team/assignments and provides direction to others as required.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
