Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HV substation design, interconnection planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Advanced expertise in HV equipment specification, protection settings, and transmission interconnection.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of high-voltage substations and grid integration for PV/BESS assets.
• Oversee interconnection studies and ensure relay coordination with grid reliability.
• Lead QA/QC reviews, project execution, and protection system development.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive safety, resilience, and best practices.
