Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Senior Category Manager - HV Equipment to drive strategic sourcing for high-voltage equipment across nationwide projects. You will build category plans, lead cross-functional teams, and optimize supplier relationships to deliver value and efficiency.

The role supports Rosendin’s growth as a leading employee-owned electrical contractor. The successful candidate will have extensive HV equipment knowledge, ERP experience, and a track record of successful negotiations and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams, programs, or large-scale procurement.
• Experience managing high-voltage equipment categories and related market dynamics.
• CPSM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement HV equipment category strategies across the procurement lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define and execute processes that drive value.
• Develop sourcing plans, RFPs, and negotiation strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain national and regional contracts ensuring best technical and commercial value.
• Foster strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and project teams to ensure timely availability of HV equipment.
