Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Category Manager for High Voltage Equipment to drive strategic sourcing for critical HV gear across nationwide projects. You will lead a matrixed team, develop category plans, and optimize total cost of ownership while collaborating with preconstruction and operations.

The role requires deep HV equipment knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and ERP experience. Travel up to 25% and a focus on long-term value creation are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement in electrical construction or heavy industry.
• Experience leading programs or large-scale procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop HV equipment category strategies (transformers, breakers, switchgear, CTs/PTs, insulators, cap banks, reactors).
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and drive value across regions.
• Build and manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
