Rosendin is seeking a Manager of Procurement to lead regional supply chain activities and accelerate purchasing efficiency across our projects. You will direct procurement, bid processes, and supplier relationships with a focus on cost, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires deep experience in electrical procurement, strong leadership, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with PMs, estimators, and operations. Expect travel and a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in electrical purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience supervising procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional procurement activities and coordinate with corporate procurement.
• Oversee bids, RFPs, and purchasing of equipment and services.
• Manage contracts, terms, and supplier performance.
• Mentor and supervise regional procurement staff.
