Job summary

Ignite HR Solutions is seeking a passionate and innovative Sr Electrical Engineer to design and validate medium-voltage electrical systems for commercial electric vehicles and Battery Energy Storage Systems. The position is based in Livermore, CA, where you will contribute to the electrification of transportation.

You will be responsible for integrating components like inverters and transformers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior staff. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in medium-voltage electrical system design.
• Knowledge of high-power electrical systems for mobile and stationary applications.
• Experience with BESS and high-power vehicle charging systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate medium-voltage electrical subsystems.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
