BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior Collection Operations Manager to provide senior technical and operational support for the DIA Directorate for Operations. The role includes managing controlled-operation systems, maintaining source records, and developing FINPLANs and related documentation for sensitive HUMINT activities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI CI poly clearance required.
• Senior-level experience supporting controlled HUMINT operations.
• Ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment.
• Experience with SharePoint and government documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and operational support to the DO Desk Officer.
• Coordinate the Generation 2 Global Controlled Operation Management System or successor systems.
• Act as the division Operational Source Manager and maintain accurate source data.
• Maintain detailed records of requirements and platform capabilities and provide guidance.
• Prepare and review FINPLANs, funding and disbursement requests and related procedures.
• Operate and maintain SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Track completed products for monthly reporting and ensure proper documentation.
• Lead quality control and meet government timelines.
