Qualifications

• Current/Active Child Welfare Certification credentials from the Florida Certification Board AND
• Valid Driver License and own vehicle; proof of insurance and registration required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct workloads, timelines, and objectives of investigators and staff.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and corrective feedback to ensure performance standards.
• Develop training plans and lead cross-training on investigative skills.
• Review casework, safety plans, and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Monitor cases using information systems to manage workflow and prevent backlog.
• Ensure operations comply with federal and state rules and regulations.
