Job summary

CommuniCare, Inc. seeks a SAFE Family Recovery Program Supervisor to lead a team serving families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

The role oversees daily program operations, supervises staff, and ensures high-quality service delivery. Candidates must reside in Connecticut, hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, and possess active CT licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC), plus at least three years of clinical and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with active Connecticut licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
• At least three years of clinical and recovery support experience.
• Supervisory/leadership or program oversight experience in behavioral health, substance use, family services, or related settings.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and collaborating with community partners and systems of care.
• Strong organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the community as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee referral, intake, assessment, and case management processes for timely support of families.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management to program staff and support professional development.
• Monitor documentation, reporting, and compliance activities including data entry and QA.
