BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Human Resources Professional for a Remote Position in Minneapolis.
Position Title : Senior Human Resources Professional
Location : Remote / Hybrid Position

Expected Contract Duration : 5 MONTHS
Job Type : Contract
Pay Range : $45-$55 / hr.
Note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and responsibilities. This range does not include additional benefits or non-standard compensation such as paid time off or per diem.
Understand the business, talent, and organizational strategies of internal clients to advise HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and business leaders globally on a wide range of compensation and benefits topics.
o Compensation philosophy, programs, and processes
o Benefits philosophy, frameworks, and processes
o External marketplace trends and competitive practices
o Opportunities to enhance competitiveness through networking with external rewards professionals
o Support to achieve business objectives
o Job evaluations and survey matching
o Lead annual performance and rewards processes and competitive reviews
o Deploy program changes in collaboration with program owners
o Partner with analytics teams for reporting
o Conduct regulatory analyses such as FLSA
o Guide complex internal job offers with Talent Solutions
o Contribute to global reward program design and reporting
o Maintain inventory of country-specific benefit offerings
o Support benefit program analysis outside US and Canada
o Collaborate with local HR teams on benefit cost validation
o Develop work plans, coordinate teams, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks
o Collaborate across HR functions for program implementation and issue resolution
