Senior Workforce Management Professional

The Senior Workforce Management Professional applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics, and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity, and human resource compliance). The work involves moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Workforce Management Professional assesses organizational staffing needs, identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives, and provides analysis based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. They influence departmental strategy, make decisions on complex issues regarding technical approaches, and perform work independently with considerable latitude in objectives and methods.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Workforce Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
  • Previous experience with Aspect Workforce Management, NICE/IEX, Blue Pumpkin, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree
  • Experience in Process or Project Management
  • Experience with short-range forecasting
  • Strong quantitative and mathematical skills

Additional Information

  • Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm EST or as needed; Remote

Travel: Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required for training or meetings.

Pay Range

$71,100 - $97,800 per year. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills. Eligible for bonus incentives based on performance.
