Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at Gainwell, you will leverage technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of vulnerable community members. Join a team passionate about finding innovative healthcare solutions. Here are the details of this role.

Your role in our mission

• Coordinate a business analyst team’s duties on IT projects and mentor newer team members
• Manage multiple complex projects, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills
• Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and share business requirements
• Develop business specifications with clients at project initiation
• Analyze and improve business processes to support client goals
• Verify that all requirements are met by reviewing test results
• Use basic analytical or relational database software, such as Excel or SQL, to assess work impact

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in data integration technology, preferably MS SSIS
• 6+ years of experience gathering requirements for projects and system changes
• Experience with relevant programming languages and relational databases
• Strong client communication skills to translate needs into actionable objectives
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills

The salary range is $69,400 - $99,200 per year, depending on location, experience, and other factors.
