The Senior Sales Support Professional provides timely and effective sales administrative support to assist with the acquisition or retention of customers. The Senior Sales Support Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Sales Support Professional position requires a proactive mindset to work directly with Senior Leadership. This position is responsible for the planning and organizing of complex work, initiatives, and events for MarketPoint Vice Presidents. The Senior Sales Support Professional maintains day-to-day administrative support and is accountable for internal and external business partnership that drives the strategic and operational advancements of the organization. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness of a MarketPoint Vice President
  • Coordinate logistics of key requests, strategic priorities and calendaring
  • Arranging travel, managing itineraries and expense reports
  • Supports team meetings with agenda building and follow up on action items
  • Work cross functionally with understanding of organizational priorities
  • May support multiple leaders as necessary

Required Qualifications·

  • 2+ years of Medicare Insurance/Sales Support experience
  • 1+ years of experience providing administrative support to executive level leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; prioritizing workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving customer experiences
  • Previous administrative or support related background

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Familiarity with large projects in fast-paced environment
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$71,100 - $97,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
