Bosch USA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Partner to serve as a strategic business partner to corporate leadership, shaping culture and talent through data-driven decisions. You will drive organizational performance via initiatives spanning attraction, development, engagement, and succession planning.

The role requires partnering with leaders, coaching on change, and leading HR projects across the site in the US.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience partnering with leadership and driving HR initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with international teams.
• PowerBI and automation tools knowledge.
• SAP and Talent Hub experience.

• Lead HR projects implementing programs across the site.
• Drive HR initiatives for all personnel in corporate departments in the US.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.

Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Partner will serve as a strategic business partner to corporate leadership, driving organizational performance through people-focused initiatives and data-driven decision-making. This role combines HR expertise with business acumen to shape culture, develop talent, and implement transformational change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate business leaders to develop, shape, and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive a high-performance culture
• Provide strategic HR oversight of key People Processes including talent attraction & development, performance management, employee engagement, workforce/succession planning, and bonus programs
• Act as a change agent and coach to leaders on organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Support strategic planning and business meetings to identify existing and potential people issues and opportunities across relevant areas
• Leverage people analytics and AI tools to develop data‑driven recommendations in the areas of attraction, development, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with Center of Expertise, HR Shared Services, and other HR Business Partners to drive HR process optimization
• Design and facilitate workshops to drive organizational performance and business results
• Lead and/or actively participate on HR project teams to implement HR initiatives and programs across the site
• Drive and implement HR initiatives for all personnel in corporate departments within the US
• Travel up to 10% as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience

• Experience developing solid business relationships and collaborating with leadership
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with all levels of the organization effectively
• Forward thinking mindset

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive, able to adapt, flexible, self‑motivated and self‑starter
• Working knowledge of PowerBI and automation tools
• SAP and Talent Hub experience
• Experience working with international teams
