Join the dedicated team at BEST Crowd Management as a Concert Event Security Officer at Bank of America Stadium. Located in Charlotte, NC, this role offers a pay rate of $16/hr.

Job Overview

As an Event Security Officer, you will ensure the safety of attendees, staff, and property during events by maintaining a visible presence, patrolling assigned areas, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents. You will collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to uphold safety standards and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible presence to deter unauthorized activities.
• Patrol designated areas to ensure safety and prevent incidents.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and perform entry screenings.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Assist attendees with questions and directions, providing excellent customer service.
• Report and document security-related incidents accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old (may vary by location).
