Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support HR generalist functions across multiple light industrial plants and oversee HR at a dedicated York, PA location. The role focuses on turnover, recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, and delivering expert employee relations guidance.

You will coach managers and field HR staff, drive performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and training, and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/affirmative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• Legal compliance knowledge and HR best practices.
• Travel willingness for field support.

Responsibilities

• Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive employee relations and act as consultant for managers and field HR.

Cintas is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support theHR generalist functions of more than one light industrial plant and also independently manage the HR functions at one specific location. Responsibilities include managing turnover; recruiting; payroll and benefits administration; driving positive employee relations; acting as the "go-to" consultant for performance management, disciplinary documentation, investigations and coaching/training for managers and field HR managers. The Senior HR Manager provides guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations under the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, OSHA and other employment laws.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in business or Human Resourcesmanagement or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license

Preferred

• 3+ years'Human Resourcesmanagement
• Experience in compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• Ability to travel 35% of the time with overnight stays
