Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support HR generalist functions across multiple light industrial plants and to independently manage HR at one location. Responsibilities include turnover management, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and coaching managers.

• Oversee payroll and benefits administration and employee relations.
• Serve as the go-to consultant for performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations and coaching.
• Guide other HR managers to ensure legal compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, OSHA and related laws.
