A leading company in the food industry seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, guide personnel issues, and manage HR projects. This position is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations of a branch / region. The Senior Human Resources Manager champions the Shamrock culture and guides Human Resources Business Partners and organizational leaders though personnel issues, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, benefits, safety, compensation, policies, communication, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employment law. ?
Qualifications :
Salary of $120,000 to $125,000, depending on competency, experience, qualifications and skills.
