Job Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager, Field to provide leadership and support in HR functions across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and execute HR initiatives supporting Brink’s vision.
  2. Partner with management to address talent and employee issues, providing guidance and coaching.
  3. Drive HR processes including performance management, talent assessment, training, and diversity initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain fair HR policies and procedures.
  5. Manage employee relations, investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  6. Foster positive employee relations and support organizational change.
  7. Communicate operational and cultural initiatives effectively.
  8. Analyze workforce metrics to inform strategies.
  9. Enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  10. Collaborate with recruitment to attract suitable talent.
  11. Support onboarding, ethics, values, and performance initiatives.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements.
  13. Administer compensation and benefits schemes in compliance with guidelines.
  14. Act as a cultural role model and uphold core values.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in employee relations within logistics, security, manufacturing, or high-volume environments.
  • At least 3 years of compliance experience with US employment law and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Self-motivated with strong judgment and leadership coaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across remote teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25-30%.
