The Senior Human Resources Manager is expected to work closely with the Human Resources Director and mid to senior level management within the organization to drive organization culture, deliver strategic solutions, and scalable processes, enhancing the Human Resource functionalities for Boudreau. This position works closely with the Human Resources team to drive operational excellence and process optimization results. The ideal candidate possesses solid skills within the fundamental pillars of Human Resources (Employee life cycle management, benefits, and talent development).
Pay Range: $120k - $150k based on experience
