Job summary

SHEIN is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support warehouse and logistics operations. You will partner with leaders to drive people strategies, lead DEI initiatives, and design engagement programs that improve retention and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in HRBP within high headcount environments, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong Excel skills for dashboard creation and reporting. On-site presence is expected at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex operations with high headcount.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to develop forward-looking people strategies that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote an inclusive work environment.
• Design, plan, and execute engagement programs to foster retention, motivation, and productivity.
• Oversee the full talent management cycle including performance reviews, development, promotions, and succession planning.
• Coach and support leaders in onboarding, team integration, and talent development.
• Analyze and use people metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Oversee third-party staffing contracts to align with hiring needs and productivity.
• Manage HR processes across multiple logistics and warehouse locations.
• Lead HR initiatives during high-demand campaigns (Black Friday, Prime Day, etc.).
• Maintain a strong on-site presence in operational locations and understand workforce dynamics.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an HR Business Partner in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex operations with high headcount.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
