- Develop, implement, and maintain global HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Establish standardized HR processes across business functions and locations
- Create and maintain HR SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation changes, promotions, disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee relations
- Ensure HR policies align with company objectives and applicable labor laws
- Lead HR compliance audits and implement corrective action plans
- Create documentation standards and ensure proper record retention
- Assess HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Establish HR metrics, reporting, and dashboards for executive management
- Implement controls for consistency, accountability, and compliance
- Partner with Finance and Operations on workforce planning and organizational efficiency
- Develop and optimize performance and salary systems with Finance
- Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy and process
- Review and interview candidates, including sourcing and administering the talent acquisition process
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures following state employment law and practices
- Provide coaching on performance improvement processes
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct objective investigations
- Oversee analysis, maintenance, and communication of legally required records
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations and ensure compliance
- Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management
- MBA or master’s degree preferred
- 7–10 years in HR management
- Experience with embedded technology across hardware and software and brand company experiences helpful
- Organizational behavior background from start‑up or scaling leadership experience ideal
- Excellent communication skills in policy making and implementation
