Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR leader to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive organizational performance in Minnesota. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, delivering comprehensive HR solutions that foster growth and engagement while partnering with Talent Acquisition to anticipate staffing needs.

Responsibilities include investigations of medium to high risk, leading cross-functional HR projects, and leveraging data-driven insights to guide change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8 years HR Experience.
• 8 years experience in HR Principles and practices.
• 5 years experience in HR role supporting client groups.
• Experience providing immigration support for employees.
• Global HR experience.
• Experience using AI for HR efficiencies and processes.
• Ability to see the big picture and align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
