Job summary

You will drive talent development, retention, and succession planning while ensuring legal compliance and overseeing benefits, compensation, and safety initiatives across divisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting multiple business units.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable facilitating group meetings at all organizational levels.
  • Experience designing and implementing training programs.
  • Ability to diagnose organizational needs and build clear strategies and goals.
  • Track record of effective sourcing and onboarding strategies.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel 25% and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to division leadership and create operational HR strategies aligned with business strategy
  • Consult division leaders on bench-strength building through talent development
  • Develop and support employee retention plans
  • Manage division-level change, including policy standards, acquisition integration, process improvements, and technology automation
  • Consult on and lead employee-relations inquiries
  • Organize company meetings, facility events, and team-building activities
  • Manage day-to-day employee benefits questions and requests
  • Support corporate HR with benefits, compensation, bonus, and commission plan administration
  • Guide hiring managers on candidate profiles, sourcing, selection, compensation, and job offers
  • Serve as division subject matter expert for WHO Methodology
  • Monitor organizational capabilities and employee development
  • Address high-potential talent and underperformer development
  • Develop creative staffing approaches
  • Coach leaders to optimize employee performance and goal achievement
  • Lead division-level succession planning and successor development
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and safety laws
  • Partner with management and corporate EHS on safety policies, training, injury root-cause analysis, and safety programs
