Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced HR leader for a hybrid Senior Manager, HR role in Bridgewater, NJ. This hands-on HRBP position supports the U.S. Commercial organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations within Vision Care.

Although titled Senior Manager, this is an individual-contributor role that partners with senior business leaders while executing day-to-day HR activities. The role emphasizes employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Recent experience as an HR Manager, Senior HRBP, or similar hands-on generalist.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/medical devices) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leaders on day-to-day HR needs.
• Provide hands-on support with employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and workplace issues.
• Support annual compensation, salary planning, performance, and talent review cycles.
• Partner on workforce planning, organizational changes, succession planning, and employee development.
• Support recruiting needs, requisitions, and hiring activities.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence while remaining actively involved in execution.

Kelly is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources for a hybrid opportunity with a leading global organization in Bridgewater, NJ.

This is a hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting the U.S. Commercial organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations within the Vision Care business.

Although the position carries a Senior Manager title, this is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports. We're looking for an experienced HR Manager or Senior HRBP who can partner with senior business leaders while remaining closely involved in day-to-day HR execution.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leaders on day-to-day HR needs
• Provide hands-on support with employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and workplace issues
• Support annual compensation, salary planning, performance, and talent review cycles

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Recent experience as an HR Manager, Senior HRBP, HRBP, or similar hands-on generalist
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Commercial, or similar corporate functions
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or similar regulated-industry experience
• Strong employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching experience
• Experience with compensation/salary planning, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational changes
• Sales incentive compensation experience is highly desirable
• Strong HR technology skills; SuccessFactors or similar HRIS experience is helpful
• Familiarity with AI tools or emerging HR technology is preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• $75/hour
• Monday-Friday
• Onsite Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday and Friday
• Benefits available through Kelly
• Potential to convert to permanent employment within approximately 6-12 months based on performance and business needs
