eMolecules seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for the US Compound Management Services division. You will partner with division leadership on employee relations, talent strategy, and organizational development, while coordinating with Corporate HR on policy and compliance.
Backed by a high-autonomy role, you will drive performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning across three sites with quarterly travel.
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted HR resource for our US Compound Management Services division.
In this role, you will partner closely with division leadership on employee relations, talent strategy, and organizational development, exercising independent judgment on day-to-day HR matters while collaborating with Corporate HR on matters of policy, compliance, and risk.
This position suits an experienced HR professional who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, brings sound judgment to complex employee relations matters, and wants a direct hand in shaping culture and outcomes at the division level.
Serve as a strategic business partner. Build strong relationships with division leadership, understand their priorities, and align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Lead employee relations. Coach managers through performance and conduct matters, conduct investigations, and recommend resolutions consistent with company policy and employment law — escalating matters of significant legal, financial, or reputational risk to Corporate HR.
Own performance management and talent development. Administer the full performance management cycle — goal-setting, reviews, and development planning — and partner with leadership on succession planning and leadership development to strengthen the internal talent pipeline.
Lead full-cycle recruitment. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection in partnership with hiring managers, and lead onboarding to ensure new employees are integrated effectively.
Champion employee engagement. Design and lead engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, morale, and retention at the division level.
Ensure sound HR operations. Maintain accurate HRIS data, ensure consistent application of policy, and partner with Corporate HR on compensation reviews, job description updates, leave and workers' compensation administration, and workforce reporting.
This is an opportunity to shape HR strategy and culture across three sites rather than administer policy from a single desk. You will work closely with division leadership on day-to-day HR matters, exercise independent judgment on employee relations and recruiting, and have a direct reporting line to Corporate HR for policy, compliance, and risk matters. For an HR professional who wants ownership over a defined patch of the business — and the variety of supporting multiple sites rather than one — this role offers both the autonomy and the scope to make that impact visible.
This role is based onsite at our Newark, DE office and also supports two additional business units — one located approximately two miles away in Newark, and the other in Cumberland, MD — with quarterly travel required to maintain a strong on-the-ground presence across all three sites.
