A leading company is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Generalist for a fully remote role that partners in executing HR strategies in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates should have a strong HR background with a focus on employee engagement and compliance, ideally with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team. This fully remote role will serve as a key partner in executing human resources strategies that support our mission, employees, and operations nationwide.The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with a passion for supporting employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced healthcare or behavioral health environment. $80,000-$90,000 / annually Education / Experience : High School, GED, or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree from an accredited academic institution is preferred. SHRM Certification A minimum five 5 years of HR (compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS) Solid working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Key Responsibilities : Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Support and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across multiple states. Partner with the HR team to enhance and implement programs in employee engagement, retention, DEI, and culture-building initiatives. Assist in managing leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, and worker's compensation cases. Provide guidance and training to managers on HR best practices and employment law. Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters. Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.
