Overview: The Lead HR Generalist, reporting to the Sr. HR Manager, is responsible for delivering the end-to-end Human Resources agenda for assigned departments and functions at the site. The role involves implementing and maintaining procedures and programs for site employees in areas such as employment, compensation, communications, employee relations, job evaluations, and position descriptions. This role has one direct report.
Essential Functions:
Work closely with Holdrege management and Team Leaders to foster an environment of trust, respect, and accountability.
Drive annual activities for functional areas, such as the Performance Management Process (PMP) and the Annual Compensation process.
Analyze metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports across key HR KPIs to site leadership.
