Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior HRBP to partner with Director/VP-level leaders in a 6- to 12-month engagement. The role will develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management, and executive coaching.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of HR experience, with 8+ years in HRBP/strategic HR, and direct experience supporting SWE teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience, including 8+ years in HRBP/strategic HR roles.
• Experience partnering with VP/SVP-level executives in technology.
• Direct experience supporting Software Engineering (SWE) teams; Big Tech background preferred.
• Expertise in at least 3 areas: organizational design, talent management, change management, workforce planning, employee relations, or executive coaching.
• Strong people analytics, business acumen, and organizational transformation experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/HR certifications preferred.
