Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $134,000.00/yr

Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join a dynamic team within an innovative healthcare organization. This is a hybrid role (and requires up to 75% state-wide travel along with occasional out-of-state). Candidates must reside near the Charlottesville, VA area.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $134,000

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with leaders to develop and implement long-term workforce and organizational strategies
  • Evaluating talent data and aligning staffing plans with operational goals
  • Providing strategic input on leadership development and succession planning
  • Ensuring talent acquisition and employee development align with business objectives
  • Using data and analytics to support organizational change and decision-making
  • Promoting a values-driven, inclusive culture focused on performance and growth
  • Building effective cross-functional partnerships and participating in enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Monitoring HR metrics to identify trends and enhance the employee experience
  • Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Professional HR certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP is preferred
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner capacity
  • Proven success in complex organizational environments, ideally within healthcare or a related field
  • Strong command of workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development practices
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of leadership
  • Skilled in HRIS systems, leveraging data analytics, and driving change management initiatives
